Ingredients
  

  • 1 .25 ounce package unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 15.25 ounce can fruit cocktail, including syrup

Equipment

  • Pot
  • 9 inch square pan

Method
 

  1. Combine gelatin with boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Stir in sugar, milk, and almond extract. Pour into a 9 inch square pan and refrigerate overnight. Cut into cubes and serve with fruit cocktail.
